The message on the back in blue ink reads: “5-18-4, Dear Martha & Mike – Spent the week-end restfully here with Father Howard & Ann now in route back to Scottsdale & a week of pre- enumeration work. Expect to be with you in Cananea on Sat. May 30th in the afternoon. My car has (?-tional charmer. Regards, Sue.” The postcard was sent with a 3 cent Statue of Liberty stamp and was published as a natural color card by M. Cline Company, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Foster, Thomas N Collection.
