The front caption on the top left reads: “The Lily Pond, Lincoln Park, Los Angeles, Cal.” The postcard was postmarked July 17, 1921 and was sent by E. W. Kinnon to Mr. Cal Beezley Bisbee, Arizona. Lowell was originally part of the address but was struck through and replaced with Bisbee. The message on the back in ink reads: “Yuma, Ariz Dear Friend Just to say hello and that we had a very fun trip ending up here about a week ago. Hope this finds you & your family in good health. You friend E. Kinnon” The postcard is a C.T. Photochrome print and was published by the Western Publishing & Novelty Company, Los Angeles, California. It was sent with a green, one-cent George Washington Stamp. Calvin Cain Collection.
