A black and white illustrated card of Bisbee drawn by L. F. Bachelder. The front caption on the bottom reads: “Visitors First Impression of Bisbee” This image is a classic card which reflects the negative aspects of Bisbee such as overcrowding and an excess of saloons. At the bottom of the car reads "Bisbee the city of sighs & tears." This has been crossed out to read "The city of Signs and Beers." The saying the city of Sighs and Tears is from a popular song from the era. The postcard is unused and was published by the Bisbee Drug Company.
