The front caption on the top reads: “Central High School-Albuquerque, N.M.5959” The postcard was postmarked Albuquerque, NM October 14, 1917 3:30 and was sent by Sadie to Mr. Frank Champion Warren, Arizona P.O. Box 969. The message on the back in pencil reads: “Albuquerque, NM Oct. 14, 191? Dear brother Frank- I suppose Roswel (sic) is home now. Why don’t someone write I haven't heard a word since I been here. How are you making out with Red. Frank he is as good as any horse I seen since I left home. Oh but the ball playing is bum. In fact the whole fair has been a fake there is nothing much here but Mex. Your loving Sister Sadie” The postcard was published by Strong’s Book Store, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
