Hello, Bisbee history fans! My name is Gina, and I am the summer archives intern at the Bisbee Mining & Historical Museum. I look forward to sharing Bisbee stories I’ve found in the archives. As a graduate student in Library and Information Science with a focus on Archives, I am passionate about preserving history for future generations. I grew up in northern California and completed my undergraduate degree in Philosophy at the University of California, San Diego. Last year, I moved to Tucson to begin my master’s at the University of Arizona. In my free time, I enjoy book clubs and birding.
I have two goals this summer: to make a positive impact at this wonderful museum and to learn as much as I can about archiving. Wish me luck!
