Dillard is a Bisbee native and historian who is well known to many of us. He has worked as a journalist, editor, tour guide, and radio broadcaster. Over his years in Bisbee, Dillard has served on the Bisbee City Council, the board of the Bisbee Mining & Historical Museum, and other nonprofit boards.
