Our research rate is $25.00 per hour, a 1 hour minimum is payable in advance when you submit this request. This charge is NOT refundable. Our researchers will do their best to find information on your request from our archives, but results are NOT guaranteed. Staff will contact you if additional research time is required, or if there will be extra fees for copying or postage. It may take up to 3 weeks for you to receive the results.
