A funeral procession in Douglas, Arizona on November 25, 1918 for a United States Cavalry soldier who died of influenza. There were five funerals that day, two men from the First Cavalry, and three from the 17th Cavalry. All of the men were stationed in Douglas at Camp Harry Jones and died of influenza. Note the Cavalry band is playing music in the procession. Also not the ornate decorations on the hearse.
